Seminar „Innovative public service at the example of e-residency“ 4-5th of March

Partisipation by invitation only.

As a country, our policies and services always need to be in constant development. Citizens, entrepreneurs and the quickly changing circumstances of our society demand that. This means that the public sector always has to be in the process of renewal and innovation.

On a global scale, Estonia is quite an innovative country. At the same time, innovation has not become an integrated daily practice of the whole public sector yet. It seems there still is a lack of skills and knowledge on this topic.

We invite you to a seminar where we introduce to you some great tools and world practices on how to better initiate and plant innovation. With the help of user centered design, we mostly focus on developing more effective and convenient services.

We also want to right away put that knowledge into practice. For that we will work on the design and public services related to e-residency.
